Program Description
Bootcamp is an exciting total-body conditioning fitness program which takes place at different communities on the North Shore (currently, Salem, Danvers, Beverly, and Marblehead) in the months of April through mid-December and indoors (Salem only) from January through March. Bootcamp is designed and can be modified to meet the needs of just about any individual – from novice to the ultra athlete.

The program provides a great array of variety - from hot trends such as plyometrics, functional training and pilaties positions, to old-school calisthenics and resistance training with your own body weight and portable accessories (tubing, bands and pull-ropes, etc…). Bootcamp also focuses on developing and improving ones cardiovascular fitness through creative and unique exercises and activities.

Testing will occur on the first day (1-minute of push-ups, 1-minute of sit-ups and a half-mile run/walk test) and again on the last day to track your progress. Results are 100% guaranteed when you follow Boot Camp guidelines. Again, all fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to join. This program will push everyone to reach their fitness goals.

Many of our members have found that in addition to great health, new friendships are formed through the shared experience. Each boot camp session ends with a pot luck party that includes awards, t-shirts, and a slideshow.

Complementary Programs
Instead of Boot Camp four days a week, you can attend the Cardio & Core Training portion of Boot Camp two days a week. On the other two days, you can take PowerFitt if you wish to give your strength training an additional kick.

Danvers, Ma.

Location: Danvers High School (am) Endicott Park (pm) (Great Oak for Winter)

Days & Times: Mon-Thurs. 5:30am-6:30am or Tues. & Thurs. 6pm-7pm

Manchester by the Sea, Ma.

Location: Mosconomo Park

Marblehead, Ma.

Corporate Boot Camps

To start a Boot Camp program at your business, please contact Brandi. She will be able to set up a Boot Camp designed around your schedule, level's and location. We can run a Boot Camp just about anywhere, just try us! The benefits of such a great program are priceless. Not only will it help team building, but it will keep your employees healthy, happy and fit.

Salem Youth Boot Camp - (Contact us to start your own!)

Cost: $50

Who: Kid’s 8yrs-12yrs

When: July 6th – August 13th   

Time: Mon/Wed. - 5:30pm-6:30pm

Where: Salem Common – near playground

The NEW Salem Youth Fitness Boot Camp is designed for kids who are looking to get into better shape and learn how to live a healthier more active lifestyle. All levels are welcome and encouraged to join - this program is a lot of fun and will improve your child's current level of fitness guaranteed.


This program is not only great for the coach/video potato youth, but the athlete who is looking to enhance performance for their sport.
